refund:

Gift Vouchers:

No refunds will be made for gift cards purchased. Gift cards are transferable, but non-refundable.

Experiences Enjoyed:

Once the paragliding experience has been enjoyed, no refunds will be made.
We understand that weather conditions can affect activities; In such cases, we will offer rescheduling instead of refund.

Cancellation in advance:

For cancellations at least 48 hours in advance, we offer rescheduling or credit options for other experiences.

Special conditions:

Once the experience is purchased, it has no expiration date to enjoy it.
