At Fly Costa del Sol Málaga, we value your experience and commitment to our services. Below is our refund policy:

Gift Vouchers:

No refunds will be issued for purchased gift cards. Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable. Except for “helicopter flight” gift vouchers, which have a 6-month expiration date.

Experiences Enjoyed:

Once the paragliding experience has been enjoyed, no refunds will be issued.

Advance Cancellation:

For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, we offer rescheduling options or credit for other experiences. We understand that weather conditions may affect activities; in such cases, we will offer rescheduling instead of a refund.

Special Conditions:

Once the experience is purchased, it has no expiration date.

If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Booking Confirmation:
Your sightseeing flight reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Communication of Details:
Exact information regarding the time, meeting place, and other operational details will be sent to the customer one day before the scheduled flight date, using the contact information provided in the reservation.

Important Notice Regarding Arrival:
It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive punctually at the indicated place and time.
In the event of a no-show, for any reason beyond the company’s control, there will be no refund or possibility of free rescheduling, as operating costs are still incurred. This is because operating each flight involves:

The exclusive dedication of the pilot and support team.

Technical and logistical preparation costs.

The blocking of the aircraft and schedule, preventing the acceptance of other reservations.
Therefore, a no-show generates unrecoverable costs.

Changes and Modifications:
Changes to the date or passenger name may be made up to 24 hours before the flight, subject to availability.
